Job Description:
Maintain corrective actions on machinery and electrical systems when issues arise.
Ensure that machinery and electrical systems are kept in good working condition.
Perform routine maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, and other related plant assets.
Collaborate with the Production Department to ensure the smooth operation of machinery and electrical systems.
Prepare and implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategies to ensure the cleanliness of machines and equipment.
Design and manage a periodic and preventive maintenance system to prevent breakdowns and enhance efficiency.
Record daily reports on maintenance and repair activities for machines and electrical systems.
Install and calibrate machines as necessary.
Maintain workplace cleanliness and safety in accordance with food and beverage industry standards (GMP, HACCP, etc.).
Job Qualifications:
- Indonesian citizens and proficient in spoken and written Mandarin.
- Education: A minimum of a Vocational High School (SMK) diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering is required; a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a food and beverage or pharmaceutical factory.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with basic electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems. Ability to read technical drawings and machine manuals; Experience using machine measurement instruments, such as multimeters and amperage meters. Knowledge of the Clean-In-Place (CIP) system is an advantage.
- Work Style: Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Willingness to work shifts and overtime as needed.
- Certifications: Possession of an industrial electrical K3 certificate and training in industrial machinery is a plus.
