About the role
We are seeking an experienced General Affairs (GA) professional to manage a company's day-to-day administrative operations and facilities, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain office facilities, building management, assets, and company vehicles.
- Handle legal documents, lease agreements, and vendor contracts.
- Assist with expatriate documents (RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS, Visa) if needed.
- Support procurement of GA-related items and ensure proper inventory tracking.
- Manage internal and external communication for GA-related matters.
Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent.
- Having experience working in General Affairs for at least 3 years.
- Fluency in speaking, writing, and reading English is a must.
- Having experience working in the home appliances category is an advantage.
- Having good skills in building management.
- Quick response and a hard worker.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Male candidates are preferred.
