Role Description

You will act as the key bridge between 11th Space and its business partners — including portfolio founders, business partners, and investors. Your goal is to help businesses under our portfolio grow stronger, healthier, and investment-ready. You'll monitor their progress, structure their business fundamentals, and maintain strategic relations with investors and capital partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of partner businesses under 11th Space's venture and investment programs.
  • Conduct business assessments covering strategy, financial health, people, and operations.
  • Support portfolio founders in building business structure, roadmap, and performance tracking.
  • Manage communication and reporting between 11th Space and all our investors network.
  • Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and updates on portfolio performance and milestones.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration, capital access, and growth acceleration.
  • Work closely with leadership to design frameworks and tools to support portfolio founders.

  • Thinks strategically and understands how to make businesses more structured, efficient, and scalable.
  • Has strong communication and relationship-building skills — especially with founders and investors.
  • Understands business and financial management fundamentals.
  • Is independent, proactive, and confident in managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Can turn complex business problems into clear action plans and measurable outcomes.

Preferred Background

  • 2–4 years experience in business consulting, strategic management or venture capital.
  • Strong foundation in business analysis, finance, or investment readiness.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Management.
  • Excellent English and Bahasa communication (spoken & written).
  • Experience working with businesses/startups or investment partners is a strong advantage.

Salary range: around Rp6, net/month (depending on experience)
