Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including supplier selection, price negotiation, and contract management.
  • Liaise with Japanese management and suppliers to ensure alignment on quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) targets.
  • Monitor and control purchase orders, delivery schedules, and inventory levels to maintain continuous material supply.
  • Evaluate and assess supplier performance, ensuring compliance with company standards and identifying opportunities for cost reduction or process improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain purchasing reports, documentation, and data analysis in English for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as production, engineering, and finance to support project timelines and operational requirements.
  • Support implementation of purchasing policies, procedures, and improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency.
