Job Responsibilities

Be responsible for the relevant work of labor factory inspection;
Supervise and inspect the implementation of various systems in each factory area, and rectify problems in a timely manner;
Audit the factory inspection data monthly and quarterly, and follow up on the improvement of non-conformities.
Sort out and keep relevant factory inspection materials;
Annual audit summary;
Understand the latest factory inspection information;
Complete other tasks assigned by manager.

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or above, proficiency in Indonesian is preferred, majoring in Human Resources, Business administration or related fields;

Be familiar with the requirements of labor laws and environmental safety and health regulations;
Possess certain communication and coordination skills;
Language proficiency: Indonesian, Chinese;English(will be a plus ).
