Duties and Responsibilities :
Prepare and track employee attendance
Make a monthly salary report for employees
Prepare payslips
Data collection and adjustment of incoming and outgoing employees
Collect files related to employee payroll
Input data into the BPJS system
Handle contract employee
Employee correspondence
Qualifications :
Minimum Bachelor Degree of Psychology, Management or Accounting
Have minimum 3 years in related field
Knowing about Indonesian labor low and policy
Detail oriented, can used ms. Office well, can calculate, and communicative
Knowing how to calculate Pph 21
Good communication in English (writing, speaking, listening)
