Quality Management General Manager - Automotive - Karawang (B- )
Our client is a Automotive company . Currently, they are looking for QM General Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible in handling quality management of local and overseas plants.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global quality strategy that aligns with corporate goals and customer expectations.
- Manage and coordinate quality systems implementation across all business units, ensuring adherence to IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and relevant industry standards.
- Direct quality assurance teams globally, providing leadership, guidance, and support to promote a strong quality culture.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to verify compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to integrate quality requirements into all operational processes.
- Analyze quality performance data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions to enhance product and process reliability.
- Lead training and development initiatives to strengthen quality awareness and technical competencies across all levels of the organization.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within global quality teams.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related major.
- Active business English skill.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience as a QM Senior Manager in the automotive industry.
- Have certification and strong knowledge in ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proven experience in handling quality management for multiple plants.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
Preferable Skill / Experience:
- Master degree in engineering quality management related will be a plus point.
