  • Create and maintain comprehensive user guides, tutorials, training materials, and all types of user documentation for all Koltiva products
  • Develop and deliver training programs for clients, users, and Koltiva employees, covering all aspects of product functionality and usage.
  • Evaluating user needs: Analyze user engagement data, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to enhance user experience.
  • Design, implement, and manage online courses and learning paths within the LMS, tracking employee progress and ensuring effective knowledge transfer.

What are the requirement of the Position?

  • Bachelor's degree in business, administration, management, communication, human resources, or equivalent
  • Strong instructional design skills and ability to develop clear, engaging training content.
  • Proven experience in creating and maintaining user-friendly product documentation.
  • Technical aptitude to understand and simplify complex product functionalities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong public speaking or facilitation ability to supporting a global user base.
