Performance Marketing Specialist
to join our dynamic team in Surabaya. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our clients' digital advertising success, from strategy and planning to execution and in-depth analysis. Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Planning:
    Develop comprehensive advertising strategies on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads to achieve client business goals.
  • Execution & Optimization:
    Create, launch, and manage advertising campaigns from start to finish. This includes effective bidding, audience targeting, placement, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Marketplace Management:
    Manage and optimize campaigns on marketplace platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada) to meet sales and growth targets, and ensure product listings are aligned with campaign efforts.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting:
    Analyze campaign data, track key metrics (CVR, CPA, ROAS, etc.), and prepare clear, insightful performance reports and presentations for clients.
  • A/B & Multi-Variate Testing:
    Design and execute A/B tests to identify the most effective creative assets, ad copy, and targeting strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Technical Setup:
    Confidently set up and manage tracking tools, including Meta Pixel and Google UTM parameters, to ensure accurate data collection.
  • Client Communication:
    Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, engaging in direct discussions about strategy, providing performance updates, and delivering data-driven recommendations.
  • Market Research & Trends:
    Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital advertising, algorithm changes, consumer behavior, and best practices to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

  • Proven, hands-on experience (1-3 years recommended) managing paid advertising campaigns across platform.
  • Experience with marketplace advertising platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, etc.) is a significant advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources (Marketplace Data, Ad Results, Google Analytics) to generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in setting up and troubleshooting tracking pixels and UTMs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to manage client relationships.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented problem-solver who is passionate about digital marketing and driving measurable results.
