Organizational Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring organizational development initiatives and learning programs to strengthen employee capabilities and organizational effectiveness. The role ensures alignment with corporate strategy, company values, and transformation agenda, including digital enablement in HR development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement OD frameworks, policies, and initiatives to support organizational transformation and effectiveness.
  • Conduct organization reviews, job evaluation, and competency framework updates, and provide insights to support restructuring, redeployment, and strategic workforce optimization.
  • Support design, review, and implementation of reward strategies including salary structure, benefits, and incentives.
  • Lead workforce analytics, demand–supply forecasting, and manpower planning across directorates.
  • Lead initiatives related to values and culture building.
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate corporate learning programs (functional and managerial), and ensure alignment of learning agenda with Bluebird's core values.
  • Manage digital learning platforms to expand access to continuous learning.
  • Partner with external training providers, universities, and consultants for customized learning programs.
  • Monitor training needs analysis (TNA) and learning effectiveness (Kirkpatrick model or other metrics).
  • Manage annual OD & L&D budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with HRBP and business leaders to identify structural and capability gaps, and proposing development interventions.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Management, Business Administration, HR, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in OD, Talent Development, or Learning, preferably in large-scale organizations.
  • Strong track record in designing and executing corporate learning program development, competency frameworks, organization review.
  • Experience with HR digitalization projects (LMS, ATS, digital dashboards) is an advantage.
  • Deep knowledge of OD frameworks, learning methodologies, and adult learning principles.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven in assessing organizational needs and measuring impact.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with business leaders.
  • Excellent project management and vendor management skills.
  • Proficient in English (spoken & written).
