Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Brand Manager, or similar role in the retail or fashion industry.
  • Proven experience in developing brand strategy, campaigns, and product positioning.

Core Skills

  • Strong understanding of brand development, brand identity, brand equity, and consumer journey.
  • Able to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising, retail campaign development, and customer experience.
  • Capable of handling budgeting, strategic planning, and campaign ROI evaluation.

Managerial Competencies

  • Strong leadership abilities and experience leading cross-functional teams (marketing, retail, creative, merchandising, etc.).
  • Results-driven and accustomed to working with targets, deadlines, and KPIs.
  • Strong decision-making skills backed by data analysis.

Communication & Personal Attributes

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Creative, innovative, solution-oriented, and agile in responding to market changes.
  • Strong networking skills with vendors, media, influencers/KOLs, and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in building a brand from the ground up.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, GA4, SEO, etc.).
  • Possesses a campaign portfolio demonstrating measurable brand or sales growth.
