Jobdesc:

  • Conduct Training Need Assesment (TNA) to identify Learning Needs
  • Develop module for the Learning Process
  • Develop Learning and Development Materials & Learning activities using multiple methods (games/team buildings, etc)
  • Executing Learning and Development activities
  • Coordinate with related parties to asure the learning activities are axecuted smoothy
  • Evaluate the Learning and Development activities
  • Recap all administration in Learning and Development activities
  • Creating all learning curriculum into visualised pathway

Qualification

  • Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Master Degree in Psychology (Pio)
  • Able to use editing picture/video programme
  • Experienced A-Z learning activities
  • Experiences in creating learning structure
  • Have at least 2 years experience in Learning and Development
