Jobdesc:
- Conduct Training Need Assesment (TNA) to identify Learning Needs
- Develop module for the Learning Process
- Develop Learning and Development Materials & Learning activities using multiple methods (games/team buildings, etc)
- Executing Learning and Development activities
- Coordinate with related parties to asure the learning activities are axecuted smoothy
- Evaluate the Learning and Development activities
- Recap all administration in Learning and Development activities
- Creating all learning curriculum into visualised pathway
Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Master Degree in Psychology (Pio)
- Able to use editing picture/video programme
- Experienced A-Z learning activities
- Experiences in creating learning structure
- Have at least 2 years experience in Learning and Development
