Job Description
- Overseeing regional responsibilities including target sell-out/value, sell-through, strategic planning, human resources, branding, data analysis, sales programs, and stock management.
- Handling direct communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing advice and solutions to achieve positive results.
- Engaging in direct communication and negotiation with dealers/partners to achieve positive outcomes.
- Resolving internal and external issues effectively.
- Supporting all divisions within the company to enhance business in the region.
Requirement
- Target-driven and results-oriented
- Experience as an area or regional Sales Supervisor/Manager in the smartphone industry
- Strong leadership skills in team management and sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build excellent relationships with clients
- Proficient in market, data, and competitor analysis, as well as office software
- Fluency in English (speaking, writing, listening)
- Diploma or bachelor's degree is required
