Key Qualifications:

·Minimum Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

·Minimum 7+ years of experience in PPIC or production planning roles in manufacturing industry.

·Strong understanding of production planning, materials management, and inventory control within the thread, apparel, or footwear manufacturing industry.

·Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (such as SAP) and familiar with production tracking tools.

·Good knowledge of material consumption, product allocation, and production lead time control.

·Familiar with lean manufacturing, capacity planning, and demand forecasting processes.

·Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to accuracy and deadlines.

·Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate with production, procurement, commercial, and logistics teams.

·Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management/reporting tools.

·Fluent in English (written and spoken).

·Proven track record of managing production schedules, optimizing material inventory, and improving on-time delivery performance.

·Experience in handling high-volume stock, seasonal production cycles, and complex supply chains.

·Demonstrated success in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders (vendors, suppliers, factories) to ensure production continuity.

· Willing to be placement in Bogor City

Role Puspose:


•To plan the production in a way that customers request to be satisfied in appropriate time and quantity by taking into consideration of efficiency, available capacity and imperative of cost reduction.

Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities:

  • Control and Monitor Finished Good Planning :


•Ensure Demand Planning activity is going on as per agreed time schedule: collect, consolidates and analyse market information to produce appropriate and reliable forecast.


•Provide forecast accuracy and excess forecast report as a tool for deeper analysis.


•Ensure Supply Network and Operation Planning review is delivered to give the visibility of capacity utilization within 6-12 months ahead in order to make strategic decision (built up stock, over time, importing finished goods, CAPEX for additional capacity or expansion).


•Ensure PPDS Planner does the production allocation following the set-up rules: Check & resolve alert, priority base on Available to Promise Date, Apply associate dyeing allocation to get optimum level of kg/lot , Allocation by taking winder capacity into consideration to avoid long queue.


•Review the Order Frequency Analysis to define stock and nonstock items as a way to maintain agreed service level within targeted inventory level.

  • Control and Monitor Raw Material Planning to ensure material availability for production (Grey Thread and Make up Material) :


•Monitor Grey Thread Planning update (actual stock, actual usage, revise open purchase orders, refresh forecast requirements).


•Control grey thread quantities plan to be ordered and compare with suggested quantity from central team.


•Ensure continuous follow up of the orders in transit, react on any changes made by the supplier, and react on the demand change, by optimizing stock levels/ projected stocks.


•Analyse shortage list: identify items in Product View; check available stock at site; calculate non-reserved stock; check next purchase order; assigning grey thread  items for rationing / prioritizing; identify article tickets ( run report SAP/CS15)


•Reports: monthly consumption and stock report – beginning of each month for the previous month (including SID report), submit the report at month end.


•Forecast accuracy report – beginning of each month for the previous month.


•Stock in transit report at end of each month and send the report to Finance Department.


•Monitor Make up Materials and Packing stocks update - Analyse and plan required quantities to be order – Monitor the arrival schedule.
