Role Description

This can be either a full-time or part-time, on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Food Technologist & Innovation professional. The Food Technologist & Innovation expert will be responsible for conducting sensory evaluation, developing new food products, ensuring quality control, and performing laboratory-based tasks. The professional will also be involved in research and development (R&D) to innovate and improve existing food products, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product standards are met. The product we are developing are Granola, Jam, & Brownie Brittle Products that were made by Fully Natural & Organic Ingredients.

Qualifications

  • Sensory Evaluation skills
  • Food Technology and Laboratory Skills
  • Expert in Granola, Jam, & Brownie Brittle Products
  • Expert in using Fully Natural & Organic Ingredients.
  • Expert in developing products using Fully Natural & Organic Ingredients.
  • Experience in Quality Control procedures
  • Proficiency in Research and Development (R&D)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
  • Experience in the food industry is a plus
  • Can Communicate in English
