Job Requirements:
- Possess Bachelor in any Engineering Degree with specialization in Project Management or Senior Cost Control Engineer related training
- Minimum 12 years relevant and similar capacity in project estimating and cost controlling preferably
- Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling and reporting
- Proficient skill in using Microsoft Project, Primavera, Ms. Project
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and meticulous
- Possess good project background and technical writing ability and skills
- Mature, proactive, resourceful and hands-on with good initiative
- Competent in organization and analysis of project costing data
- Willing to be placed in Serpong and can travel to project sites
Job Responsibilities:
- To create structure & organize CAPEX for each discipline.
- To control project budget (CAPEX) by SAP-PS System.
- To prepare Capex (PR / PO & external service status report Weekly & Monthly).
- Support Global Project Group Review and revise Project SOPs & Guidelines, Bill of Quantity, prepare reports to Shareholders for Final Settlement
- Monitoring of On-going project
