Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee administration, including employee data, contracts, and attendance records.
  • Handle the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with labor regulations.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration.
  • Foster good communication between management and employees to create a positive work environment.
  • Manage employee performance evaluations and development programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.
