Job Responsibilities:
- Manage employee administration, including employee data, contracts, and attendance records.
- Handle the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with labor regulations.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration.
- Foster good communication between management and employees to create a positive work environment.
- Manage employee performance evaluations and development programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.
