About the role
We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service professional to join our dynamic e-commerce team in North Jakarta. As a Customer Service (E-commerce) representative, you will be the primary point of contact and reply to our valued customer's inquiries, providing high-quality service and support. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the overall customer experience and contributing to the continued growth and success of our business.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests via chat in a timely and professional manner in our e-commerce platform (Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada)
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively, ensuring a positive outcome for the customer
- Providing accurate information about our products, services, and policies
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggesting process enhancements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and implement solutions
What we're looking for
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an e-commerce environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide empathetic support
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to efficiently address customer inquiries
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for helping others
