Responsibility
- Create Job Planning for maintenance CME, HVAC and other building facilities.
- Monitoring and check technician team for Maintenance work, repairs and work order are done in accordance with schedules and procedures.
- Monitoring building tools and equipment building.
- Monitoring and check Building Maintenance Progress running as per planning.
- Monitoring and control material fast moving available.
- Manage and monitoring budget for maintenance, repair, operational, electrical and water for HO and all branch.
- Responsible for creating RAB and drawing design.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Architecture or equivalent from reputable university
- At least 3 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position
- Accustomed to making RAB and using AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Good knowledge about CME, HVAC & Maintaining High Rise Building and Fire alarm system
- Strong leadership, service oriented, problem solving and fast respons
