Job Description :
- Manage and review weekly to annual asset performance reports, ensuring data accuracy, actionable insights, and compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
- Oversee and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple project sites, ensuring alignment with technical standards, safety regulations, and SLAs.
- Act as the key liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, effective communication, and timely issue resolution.
- Lead the preparation and validation of monthly billing recaps, Business Analysis (BA), and related O&M financial documentation.
- Analyze recurring technical and performance issues, identify root causes, and drive preventive and optimization initiatives such as predictive maintenance and monitoring improvements.
- Develop and maintain forecasting models for Performance Ratio (PR), Yield, and Cost, including alignment with PVSyst P50/P90 projections.
- Conduct budgeting and cost performance analysis, ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy in financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with electrical and general safety SOPs, including Ahli K3 Listrik and work-at-height standards.
- Provide technical supervision and guidance to engineers and technicians to foster continuous learning and capability building.
- Support off-grid project estimations (e.g., diesel genset O&M cost) and other new project feasibility reviews.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal departments, clients, and vendors to ensure consistent operational excellence.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in asset management, operations & maintenance (O&M), or project engineering — preferably within renewable energy, power plant, or electrical utility sectors.
- Strong technical background in Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) systems, including maintenance management, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
- Proven track record in managing multi-site operations or vendor portfolios, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certified in Electrical Safety (Ahli K3 Listrik), General Safety SOP, and Work at Height; additional certifications such as ISO 55000, CMMS, or Project Management are advantageous.
- Proficient in data analysis and monitoring tools (e.g., SCADA, Power BI, CMMS).
