Job Requirements

  • Min. bachelor's degree (S1) in Communication, Digital Marketing, or other related fields
  • Minimum 2–3 years of leadership role in Media, Digital Marketing, or Brand-related roles
  • In-depth understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Digital Ads
  • Strong ability to analyze data related to Digital Marketing campaigns
  • Proficient in both conventional and digital media strategies
  • Comprehensive understanding of business processes and strategies in Digital Marketing

Job Descriptions

  • Developing, planning, and recommending Integrated Media strategies aligned with brand/business goals
  • Collaborating with the Brand team to understand product positioning, target audience, and business objectives
  • Leading the planning and implementation of media campaigns across various media channels (TV, digital, social media, etc.)
  • Conducting negotiations and building good relationships with agencies, media partners, and Brand Ambassadors/influencers to optimize media buying and cost-effectiveness
  • Managing media budgets and analyzing campaign expenditures and performance to ensure cost optimization and media campaign effectiveness
  • Performing quality control in the development of creative content and maintaining brand consistency in messaging and creative elements across all media platforms to ensure media activities align with Brand strategy and Brand Playbook
  • Analyzing and evaluating Media activities together with Brand Marketing and then creating reports to ensure the effectiveness and success of the campaigns conducted
