Qualification

Minimum Education D3 majoring Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Similar)

Minimum 3 years of experience in wire harness manufacturing

Understanding of crimping, cutting, assembly, and quality control processes

Firm, Resilient, Thorough, Creative and Responsible.

Able to operating computer's system at least Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Have strong leadership, problem solving, creative and able to work in teams.

Able to communicated in English and Japanese language [spoken and written] is a good value.

Responsibility

Carry out production processes according to work standards

Maintain production quality according to specifications

Check materials and components before processing

Report daily work results and any production issues found

Maintain cleanliness and safety in the production area
