  • Develop and implement talent pool and succession planning programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of employee training and development programs.
  • Lead performance management initiatives, including KPI setting, performance reviews, and feedback processes to enhance productivity and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Development with good results
  • Proficient in competency-based interviewing techniques
  • Good interpersonal skills and strategic thinking
  • High integrity, resilient, and able to multitask
  • Willing to be placed in Karawang / Subang, Jawa Barat
