- Design and implement talent acquisition strategies, as well as manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Design and implement employer branding strategies.
- Design and implement employee development strategies, including identifying training needs and managing employee development programs.
- Develop and implement talent pool and succession planning programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of employee training and development programs.
- Lead performance management initiatives, including KPI setting, performance reviews, and feedback processes to enhance productivity and engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Development with good results
- Proficient in competency-based interviewing techniques
- Good interpersonal skills and strategic thinking
- High integrity, resilient, and able to multitask
- Willing to be placed in Karawang / Subang, Jawa Barat
