Creative & Content Designer
Role Purpose
Develop engaging, brand-aligned content and creative materials that support sales, marketing, and communication initiatives across all business units (printing & packaging, automotive workshops, restaurants & entertainment, fuel stations, and technology distribution). Ensure consistent brand messaging while producing high-quality creative assets that drive engagement and business growth for both us and our clients. This role requires flexibility to adapt to business and customer design needs while maintaining high standards of creativity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Visual Communication
- Produce visual and written content including brochures, pitch decks, catalogs, videos, social media posts, and reels.
- Design creative assets for corporate campaigns, sub-brand promotions, and customer projects.
- Capture and produce case studies, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content to support marketing and sales initiatives.
- Create and implement branding materials and applications for both internal company needs and external clients.
- Adapt and perform multimedia or design tasks as required to meet business or customer requirements.
Collaboration & Alignment
- Work closely with marketing team to ensure all content aligns with corporate brand messaging and sales objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing team to deliver optimized creatives for digital ads, social media campaigns, and online channels.
- Partner with sales team to translate business needs into compelling creative assets that directly support revenue growth.
Content Management & Standards
- Maintain an organized content library with clear version control, accessible to Marketing and Sales teams.
- Ensure all creative output reflects brand identity, professionalism, and quality standards.
- Continuously innovate and improve creative materials to maximize engagement and business impact.
Other supporting responsibilities may include prepress support, mockup preparation, administrative duties, and ad-hoc design tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Multimedia, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in content creation, creative design, or marketing communications;
experience in a branding/marketing agency or in-house creative role in a multi-business company is highly preferred. - Strong skills in visual design, copywriting, photography, and video production (familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools).
- Understanding of corporate branding, marketing campaigns, and content strategy.
- Flexible, proactive, and results-driven, able to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing design or business requirements.
