About the role
HJM' is seeking an experienced Manager Accounting and Tax to join our team in Central Jakarta, Jakarta. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the accounting and tax functions within the organisation, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with all relevant regulations.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, budgets, and other key financial reports
- Oversee the tax compliance process, including the preparation and filing of all tax returns
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard the company's assets
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Provide strategic financial advice and support to the management team
- Mentor and develop the accounting team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
What we're looking for
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a similar accounting and tax management role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of accounting professionals
- Proficient in the use of accounting software and financial reporting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Max age 35 Years
- Able to speak mandarin
