Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience in a related industry.

  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing), supported by certification if available.

  • Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and Mandarin.

  • Ability to prepare business documents, meeting minutes, and basic copywriting.

  • Professional presentation skills to handle business receptions and meetings.

  • Work experience in sales, service, or engineering roles related to industrial products.

  • Prior experience working in a Chinese company or collaborating with Chinese counterparts.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the company's sales and technical teams in achieving business objectives.

  • Act as a liaison between the parent company and subsidiaries to deliver solutions that enhance turbine generator performance, reliability, and efficiency.

  • Assist in sales, business development, customer relationship management, and project execution.

  • Collaborate with local sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities for turbine generators in Indonesia.

  • Support the preparation of sales strategies, technical proposals, and contract negotiations.

  • Coordinate and accompany visiting Chinese sales and technical staff during business trips in Indonesia.

  • Provide on-site support for turbine generator installation and related technical activities.

  • Work closely with technical, commercial, logistics teams, agents, and key account managers to ensure smooth operations and communication.

  • Manage OA submissions and ensure compliance with company regulations.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Languages, Translation, or International Business

  • Proficient in Mandarin Chinese, English, and Indonesian (spoken and written)

  • Willing to travel for short-term business trips 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management

  • Skilled in document handling, translation accuracy, and version control

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills in multicultural settings

  • High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and professionalism

  • Experience as a General Manager's Assistant, Professional Translator, or in Cross-Cultural Communication is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Provide trilingual (Chinese–English–Indonesian) interpretation and translation for the General Manager in meetings, negotiations, government communications, and internal reports

  • Translate documents (contracts, proposals, correspondence, meeting minutes) with high linguistic accuracy and cultural sensitivity

  • Accompany the General Manager to external meetings or business activities to perform real-time interpretation

  • Prepare and manage the General Manager's administrative documents (reports, notices, schedules) in Chinese, English, and Indonesian

  • Create bilingual reports, translation trackers, and documentation using Microsoft Office tools

  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements while maintaining effective communication with local teams and external vendors

  • Act as a bridge between Chinese and Indonesian staff to promote mutual understanding and smooth collaboration

  • Deliver the General Manager's instructions clearly and gather feedback accurately from local teams and partners
