Manage and optimize sales operations to ensure the sales team effectively achieves revenue and distribution targets. Ensure consistent execution of sales strategies across all channels, including modern trade, general trade, key accounts, and retail stores, supported by data analysis, planning, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

● Design and implement sales bundling strategies to increase product adoption.

● Develop sales operations plans aligned with company targets (coverage, distribution, and volume/value growth).

● Drive cross-pollination initiatives (cross-sell & upsell) across all business units.

● Monitor and track performance against customer acquisition and retention targets.

● Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, BI, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to optimize go-to-market strategies and ensure data alignment for accurate decision-making.

● Analyze sales distribution data, promotion effectiveness, and sales force activities to identify growth opportunities and recommend improvements.

● Ensure sales processes, promotional materials, and sales tools are effective in supporting customer growth.

● Generate regular sales performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales strategies.
