Responsibilities:
- Identify and target high-potential candidates within the fashion retail industry through proactive headhunting and networking.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, industry events, fashion networks, and recruitment platforms, to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Maintain and expand a network of contacts within the fashion retail industry, including designers, merchandisers, buyers, and other key roles.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Analyze industry trends and candidate profiles to ensure alignment with the company's specific needs.
- Provide detailed candidate profiles and recommendations to hiring managers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
- Minimum of 7 years of solid experience in recruitment and assessment.
- Background in the retail industry is an advantage.
- Strong sourcing skills, including headhunting and networking.
- Persistent, proactive, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and proficient in computer skills.
- Willing to be based in Lippo Karawaci.
