Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target high-potential candidates within the fashion retail industry through proactive headhunting and networking.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, industry events, fashion networks, and recruitment platforms, to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
  • Maintain and expand a network of contacts within the fashion retail industry, including designers, merchandisers, buyers, and other key roles.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
  • Analyze industry trends and candidate profiles to ensure alignment with the company's specific needs.
  • Provide detailed candidate profiles and recommendations to hiring managers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
  • Minimum of 7 years of solid experience in recruitment and assessment.
  • Background in the retail industry is an advantage.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including headhunting and networking.
  • Persistent, proactive, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and proficient in computer skills.
  • Willing to be based in Lippo Karawaci.
