Responsibilities:
- Service Auditing: Conduct Mystery Shopper visits to dealerships and compile detailed assessment reports.
- Quality Analysis: Perform analysis of Mystery Shopper scores and identify effective solutions to drive quality improvement.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Training, to effectively address and meet customer needs.
- Develop and implement strategies based on quality data to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Location: Central / Regional 1, Jakarta.
- Education: College Degree (D3/Bachelor's) or equivalent.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of professional experience (suitable for entry-level or junior candidates).
- Language (English): Basic proficiency is required.
