Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Warehouse or Logistics Manager in medium to large-sized companies.
  • Proficient in data processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, strong time management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience leading at least 5 supervisors or a total of 500+ employees.
  • Willingness to work shifts.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to identify problems and find effective solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Have a proven track record in applying lean principles and Six Sigma to optimize order fulfillment processes and drive operational excellence.

  • Ensure adherence to all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Implement robust inventory management systems to maintain accurate records and optimize stock levels.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track performance against established goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of operations, products, and procedures within the specific division.
  • Oversee staff performance, training, and career development.
  • Prepare regular warehouse operational reports and analyze data to improve efficiency.
  • Communicate with vendors and third parties regarding warehouse and operational needs.
  • Identify and resolve problems that may arise in warehouse operations.
  • Provide recommendations to management to improve warehouse workflow and operational systems.
  • Maintain efficient inbound and outbound logistics KPIs at the most optimal cost.
  • Responsible for inventory (including stock quantity, accuracy, and safety stock).
