Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Warehouse or Logistics Manager in medium to large-sized companies.
- Proficient in data processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, strong time management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience leading at least 5 supervisors or a total of 500+ employees.
- Willingness to work shifts.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify problems and find effective solutions.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
