Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supervisor Talent Acquisition located in Semarang. The Supervisor Talent Acquisition will oversee recruitment operations, develop and manage effective talent acquisition strategies, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, ensuring adherence to HR policies, and optimizing the candidate experience. The role also involves tracking recruitment metrics and continuously improving hiring processes to meet the company's growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Psychology, Management
, or related field. - Minimum
3–5 years of experience
in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least
1–2 years in a supervisory role
. - Proven experience in
end-to-end recruitment
(from sourcing to onboarding). - Strong understanding of
modern recruitment tools
(LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Indeed, etc.) and
ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
. - Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills
— able to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively. - Good
analytical and decision-making
skills in assessing candidates' suitability. - Familiar with
employer branding strategies
and
talent pipeline development
. - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage
multiple vacancies or projects
simultaneously. - Willing to work
on-site
and collaborate closely with HR team and department heads.
