Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Occupational Health & Safety.
Minimum 5 years experience in HSE (automotive/manufacturing preferred).
Must hold a valid "AK3 Umum" certification
ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 experience is preferred
Fire Safety / First Aid certificates are a plus
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Willing to be placed in Demak and can join immediately.

Job Description :

Develop and implement company HSE programs and policies.
Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control (HIRADC) across all operational areas.
Lead HSE inspections, audits, and employee safety training.
Investigate incidents and ensure preventive actions are taken.
Manage environmental compliance (waste, emissions, housekeeping).
Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and government regulations.
Coordinate with government agencies and internal departments on HSE matters.
