Job Descriptions
- Responsible for analyzing and designing application systems (mobile & web) based on Change Requests/Project Requests from Users, providing recommendations for the development of Human Capital applications, and ensuring the end-to-end development process through to deployment is executed accurately and aligned with User requirements.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Programmer, or at least 2 years as a Product Owner / System Analyst.
- Proven experience in system analysis and application design (mobile & web).
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Proficient in Database Design and creating technical documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Skilled in writing Queries, Stored Procedures, and Query Optimization using PL/SQL.
- Proficient in at least one DBMS: PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MS SQL Server.
- Ability to translate user requirements and change/project requests into effective system solutions.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile Software Development Methodology is a strong plus.
- Willing to be placed at our Head Office (Sunter, North Jakarta).
