Job DescriptionAs the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bar operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales through innovative drink offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of bartenders to deliver outstanding service and hospitality.
- Manage daily bar operations, including inventory management, ordering, and budgeting.
- Create and update the drinks menu, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative cocktails.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Train and develop staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Previous management experience in high-volume bars/ fast paced environment
- Experience with cellar management / Stock taken
- Minimum of 4 years holding a Bar Manager position
