- Menyelesaikan masalah teknis yang meningkat.
- Menyiapkan laporan kinerja dan dokumentasi.
- Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar dan regulasi teknik.
- Mendukung inisiatif perbaikan berkelanjutan.
- Berkoordinasi dengan departemen lain untuk memastikan keselarasan proyek.
- Memantau dan mengevaluasi kinerja staf teknik.
- Memberikan pelatihan dan peluang pengembangan untuk anggota tim.
- Supervise engineering staff and ensure effective execution of engineering plans.
- Resolve escalated technical issues.
- Prepare performance reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of engineering staff.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
