Reporting to the Operations Manager:
- Able to provide 24/7 management of customer's infrastructure & application alerts
- Monitor network alerts and determine the cause and ensure prompt resolution or escalating when necessary
- Documentation of all incidents and proactive alerts into a call tracking system and incident log based on defined standards.
- To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
- To perform incident first response checks and reporting for compromised systems.
- To perform monthly IT system checks and report on non-compliant systems.
- To perform monthly systems health-checks and reporting. (Anti-virus, Endpoint Security and Malware alerts.)
- M365, AD/ File Folder permissions, Windows OS Configuration and Management
- To act on SNOC alerts immediately and performs rectification according to SOP guidelines.
- English Speaking Environment is a must
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Admin or equivalent.
- Have interests in IT and networking and is curious of 'What caused the problem"
- Must be hands-on experience in products including firewalls,Wi-Fi and network appliances
- Some understanding of Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity
- Must be able to work on monthly shifts rotation including Weekends
