Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the sales department's budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Online Sales team to align offline and online initiatives and ensure sales needs are met across channels.
  • Supervise the operational sales activities for offline stores, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with company standards.
  • Execute sales strategies and promotions, analyze market trends, and analyze sales performance to provide improvement recommendations.
  • Manage and train the sales team to ensure they achieve their targets and enhance their skills in effectively selling products.
  • Manage and coach store teams to ensure excellent service quality and customer satisfaction, and be able to handle customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, resellers & partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention


8. Analyzing sales data and preparing regular reports for management, offering recommendations to enhance strategies that align with customer trends and behaviors.
9. Manage merchandising to ensure product availability in stores and on e-commerce platforms.
10. Ensure all merchandise is presented based on brand guidelines and in a commercially effective way to drive customer engagement and sales.
11. Plan and organize sales events such as bazaars, promotions, or exhibitions to boost sales and expand market reach. Collaborate with marketing and vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
12. Coordinate with other departments (marketing, logistics, operation, etc.) to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in retail sales and store operations, preferably in fashion or footwear.
  • Strong background in sales planning, analysis, and execution for offline channels.
  • Experience in store operational management and visual merchandising.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate store teams to achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Passion for the fashion industry, particularly women's footwear, is a strong plus.
