Padelindo Indonesia, exclusive distributor of world-class padel brands like Bullpadel, Adidas, Head, Siux, Nox, Wilson, and Babolat is looking for a Key Account Supervisor to help expand our dealer network across Indonesia
Role
:
Manage and grow dealer accounts across Indonesia
Hit monthly & yearly sales targets
Build new partnerships with clubs, coaches, and retailers
Monitor payments & collections
Share market & competitor insights to support business strategy
Work closely with Product, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams
Requirements
:
2+ years experience in B2B sales / key account / distribution
Strong in communication & negotiation
Comfortable using Google Sheets, CRM tools, and dashboards
Familiar with AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) — tech-savvy mindset is a must
Passionate about sports (padel/tennis preferred)
Energetic, proactive, and results-driven
Age 23–30 years old
