- Assist in posting job openings on job boards and company website
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidate
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring manager
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing
- Participate in career fairs and campus recruitment events
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics and status updates
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and metrics
- Collaborate with recruiters to improve sourcing strategies
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Familiarity with social media and job posting platforms is a plus
- Previous internship or work experience in HR is an advantage
