Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of Finance, Accounting, and Tax Management for the Indonesia entity.
• Ensure timely and accurate management reporting to the European headquarters.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and cash flow to support strategic goals.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and group policies.
• Supervise financial statements, audits, and statutory filings.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support management decision-making.
• Strengthen internal controls and process efficiency aligned with the companys lean structure.
• Liaise effectively with external auditors, tax authorities, and group finance teams in Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• 1015 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, preferably within engineering, energy, or manufacturing industries.
• Proven background working with or in a Western/European multinational environment.
• Strong command of English for daily reporting and communication with Europe.
• Excellent knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and cost management.
• Hands-on, analytical, and proactive professional who thrives in a lean organization.
