Position: Architect Drafter Responsibilities- Create detailed technical drawings, plans, and blueprints using CAD software.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Revise and update existing drawings based on feedback and markups.
- Maintain and organize the library of drawings and project documents.
- Assist in site visits and taking measurements as needed for drawing accuracy.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Drafter, preferably in the hospitality or property industry.
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD and other 2D or 3D modeling software.
- Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
