Job description:
- Support the planning and execution of brand events and activations.
- Assist with guest management, including influencers, media, and brand partners.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, external parties and creative teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Research and identify potential collaboration and partnership opportunities.
- Assist in preparing proposals, partnership decks, and recap reports.
- Document and track event and partnership performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, retail operations, and merchandising, on event and partnership initiatives.
- Stay up to date with fashion, footwear, and lifestyle trends to bring fresh ideas.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Passion for fashion, footwear, and retail brand experiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (experience with Canva or design tools is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and maintain strong attention to detail.
- Previous internship or project experience in events, retail, or partnerships is an advantage.
