Job description:

  • Support the planning and execution of brand events and activations.
  • Assist with guest management, including influencers, media, and brand partners.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, external parties and creative teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Research and identify potential collaboration and partnership opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, partnership decks, and recap reports.
  • Document and track event and partnership performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, retail operations, and merchandising, on event and partnership initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with fashion, footwear, and lifestyle trends to bring fresh ideas.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Passion for fashion, footwear, and retail brand experiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (experience with Canva or design tools is a plus).
  • Ability to multitask and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Previous internship or project experience in events, retail, or partnerships is an advantage.
