Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all HRGA (Human Resources & General Affairs) activities, including workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, discipline, and other operational HRGA tasks.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial hiring to the end of orientation.
  • Record and analyze employee attendance.
  • Handle all administrative processes for BPJS Health and BPJS Employment
  • Prepare payroll reports, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements;
  • Create and maintain employee payroll records, including adding new employees and processing salary changes;
  • Ensure compliance with payroll laws, tax obligations, and other regulations;
  • Continuously update and improve the personnel database to ensure the accuracy of the information;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment.
  • Hardworking, honest, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Excel, MS Office, Outlook, and Internet usage.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • Understand government regulations, labor law, PPH 21, and labor relations;
  • Able to use English as working language.
  • Disciplined, honest, professional, and committed to integrity.
  • Willing to be placed in Surabaya or Jakarta.
