Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all HRGA (Human Resources & General Affairs) activities, including workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, discipline, and other operational HRGA tasks.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial hiring to the end of orientation.
- Record and analyze employee attendance.
- Handle all administrative processes for BPJS Health and BPJS Employment
- Prepare payroll reports, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements;
- Create and maintain employee payroll records, including adding new employees and processing salary changes;
- Ensure compliance with payroll laws, tax obligations, and other regulations;
- Continuously update and improve the personnel database to ensure the accuracy of the information;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment.
- Hardworking, honest, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Excel, MS Office, Outlook, and Internet usage.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Understand government regulations, labor law, PPH 21, and labor relations;
- Able to use English as working language.
- Disciplined, honest, professional, and committed to integrity.
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya or Jakarta.
