Key Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory- and production-scale process simulations, and provide process documentation as well as operating instructions.
- Develop Working Instructions and deliver training to operators for new or revised procedures.
- Perform studies related to improvements and modifications of plant conditions, and propose the most feasible and efficient solutions.
- Provide technical analysis related to production processes and engineering modifications to ensure best practices and safety compliance.
- Develop detailed documentation to track progress of processes and engineering projects.
- Analyze production samples together with Quality Control and Research & Development teams for further discussion to meet defined quality standards.
- Monitor and manage process operating conditions while collaborating with the Maintenance team on engineering-related tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Chemical Engineering or related field).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the chemical/manufacturing industry (Fresh Gradute are welcome to apply)
- Knowledge of machinery and production processes.
- Strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
