Job Description
As an Operational Manager, you will lead and optimize the company's operational processes, ensuring seamless execution across departments. You will play a key role in efficiency enhancement, team coordination, and operational strategy.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities and ensure business continuity
- Develop, improve, and implement SOPs and workflows across divisions
- Monitor operational KPIs and deliver data-driven improvement plans
- Lead cross-functional coordination to execute strategic initiatives
- Ensure high-quality service delivery to customers and stakeholders
- Build, coach, and evaluate team performance to enhance productivity
- Troubleshoot operational issues and deliver timely solutions
- Manage and organize project workflows using ClickUp task management system
- Represent the company in webinars, events, or content creation when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations, General Management, or related roles.
- Strong product-oriented mindset, ability to collaborate with product and development teams to enhance delivery & operational quality.
- Good knowledge of marketing workflows and campaign execution, especially for collaboration with digital marketing teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident in webinar/presentation content delivery when representing the company.
- Proficient in ClickUp or other task/project management tools.
- Analytical thinker, strategic planner, proactive, and results-driven.
- High adaptability and able to execute under shifting priorities and deadlines.
