Head of Sales

What You'll Do:
- Design and execute impactful short- and long-term sales strategies across corporate, insurance, private patient, and referral segments.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the Sales team while fostering collaboration across departments to achieve ambitious targets.
- Review and strengthen business partnerships, proactively identifying risks and ensuring successful contract renewals.
- Provide strategic direction for managing key business accounts and engage in complex negotiations to secure company interests.
- Continuously evaluate team performance and deliver coaching to enhance capabilities and outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing sales strategies while leading teams to success.
- Strong ability to build, manage, and maintain strategic relationships with corporations, insurers, and external partners (doctors, agents, communities).
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, healthcare industry trends, and the use of business intelligence tools for decision-making.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role; healthcare industry experience is a strong plus.
