What you'll be doing

Managing the accounting team and overseeing the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
Ensuring the company's adherence to accounting standards, policies, and procedures
Analysing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support decision-making
Coordinating with other departments to ensure the timely and accurate recording of financial transactions
Preparing and submitting regulatory reports and compliance documents
Implementing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard the company's assets
Mentoring and training the accounting team to enhance their skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the accounting or finance function
Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal
Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and accounting principles
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work under pressure
Experience in implementing and maintaining internal controls
Proficiency in using financial software and spreadsheet applications
