The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews).
  • Handle employee onboarding & offboarding.
  • Maintain HR documents and employee data.
  • Support payroll process & attendance monitoring.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate employee engagement programs and internal communication.
  • Assist in performance management and training activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years experience as HR Generalist / Recruitment role.
  • Strong communication & people skills.
  • Familiar with HRIS, recruitment tools, and basic labor regulations.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask.
