Job Responsibility:

  • Contract Administration:
     Assist in drafting, reviewing, and performing preliminary checks on basic legal agreements and documents under the direction of the supervisor.
  • Legal Document Management:
     Maintain, organize, and update all company legal documents. Ensure proper documentation and retrieval procedures to support audits and compliance needs.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Support:
     Monitor regulatory updates and support compliance activities to ensure adherence to applicable laws and company policies.
  • OSS Management (Must Have):
  • Handle company licensing processes through OSS RBA, including NIB, operational/commercial permits, LKPM reporting, and updating company information.
  • Ensure all licensing data is accurate, updated, and properly documented.
  • Legal Liaison:
     Coordinate with notaries, legal consultants, and government institutions for legal administrative processes.
  • Corporate Governance Support:
     Assist in preparing corporate documentation such as shareholder meeting materials, legalization documents, and other corporate administrative requirements.
  • Litigation & Case Documentation:
     Compile data, prepare basic case summaries, and organize supporting documents for legal dispute handling.
  • Internal Coordination:
     Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure legal needs are supported and provide basic guidance on legal processes.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 
    1–2 years of experience
     as a Legal Staff, Legal Administrator, or similar role.
  • Must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience with OSS RBA
    , including NIB, operational/commercial licensing, and LKPM reporting.
  • Solid understanding of basic corporate, labor, and licensing regulations.
  • Strong document management and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Able to work under supervision while completing legal administrative tasks accurately and on time.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with OSS RBA platform.
  • English proficiency (passive/active) is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes if required.
