What You'll be doing:
- Collaborate with Social Media Leads to plan and produce weekly content — mainly for Instagram and TikTok.
- Post engaging daily content that authentically showcases our products and brand personality.
- Create engaging content (captions, visuals, reels, stories, etc.) with the design/creative team
- Stay plugged into trends, creators, and viral formats — and translate them into unique, on-brand content.
- Track and analyze content performance weekly, identify what's working (or not), and propose ideas to improve impact and conversion.
- Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitors to maximize engagement.Collaborate with marketing, KOL teams, Creative teams for integrated campaign.
Who We're looking for:
- Minimal 3 years experience in managing social media (beauty / skincare industry is a plus)
- Creative eye for beauty aesthetics and content that converts.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging short-form content trends.
- Basic photo/video editing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment.
- Passion for the beauty industry and current beauty trends.
- Creative, proactive, and up-to-date with social media trends
